My Opinion

If you want to reach the top, you must be able to dabble in a little bit of everything. You must be a good leader, show confidence and mainly be able to cope under pressure and these skills are key for these three jobs chosen. The industry is booming and young and graduated students are snapped up very quickly so that firms can build them up in to something special and give them as much experience as they can. In my opinion, the best way to make it in to this industry is to be self-motivated, dedicated and a hard worker. Get the qualifications that will take you to University and gain as much experience as you can from little media jobs and once graduated, you will start at a low level and work your way up the line. Employers will look at qualifications but mainly the experience you have already had in the industry as they want people who know what there doing from an early start. My goal would be to become a director and have a successful career in this industry and to do this, I must work to the best of my ability, and give myself as many opportunities as I can by gathering as much experience as possible and settting goals which will push me to that level. You must learn to deal with pressure and push yourself and set targets that you will have to work hard to achieve as you won’t get anywhere from taking the easy route in life.
